Order Processing
We process orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high order volume, such as holidays and sales, processing times may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritise careful packaging to ensure your order arrives safely.
Shipping Regions
We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside Australia will not be processed.
Shipping Costs
Australia:

Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $150. A flat rate of $15 applies to orders under $150.

Express Shipping: A flat rate of $35 applies to all express shipping orders.
Track My Order
Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email from REOTORC TOOLS with tracking information. Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox, as it may occasionally be filtered there.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier's service. Delays may occur during peak seasons due to increased parcel volumes.
